Fees & Policies.

Bridge to Balance, LLC operates on an affordable fee for service basis. Fees per session are as follows:

Professional Counseling Services by Bridge to Balance Owner, Kristi Gibney, MA, LPC:

  • $130 per a 45-minute session for individual counseling; $170 per a 60-minute session for individual

  • $140 per a 45-minute session for couples or family counseling; $180 per a 60-minute session for couples or family counseling

Professional Counseling Services by Stephanie Justiniano, MA, NCC, LPC:

  • $120 per a 45-minute session for individual; $160 per a 60- minute session for individual

  • $130 per a 45-minute session for couples or family counseling; $170 per a 60-minute session for couples or family counseling

Professional Counseling Services by Amanda Hickey, MA, LPC:

  • $120 per a 45-minute session for individual; $160 per a 60-minute session for individual

  • $130 per a 45-minute session for couples or family counseling; $170 per a 60-minute session for couples or family counseling

Christian Counseling Services by Tori Thomason, M.Div. Pastoral Counseling, Certified Life Coach:

  • $100 per a 45-minute session for individual or family Christian counseling services

Counseling Services by Kiley Nicholson, BS Liberty Practicum Intern for Clinical Mental Health in Process of Masters Degree:

  • $75 per a 45-minute session for individual or family counseling

Christian Counseling Services by Hee Woon Eum, BS Intern for Pastoral Counseling in Process of Masters Degree:

  • $75 per a 45-minute session for individual, marriage or family Christian counseling services

Christian Counseling Services by Evangeline Zehr, BS, Regent University Intern:

  • $60 per a 45-minute session for counseling services

*For couples and family counseling services please plan to start with 60-minute sessions and move down to 45 minutes sessions once progress is being made.

*30-minute sessions are available for more affordable pro-rated fee; this is a recommended option for many of our play therapy clients

Payment is due at time of service. Bridge to Balance does not accept any in network insurance; you may pursue out of network reimbursement through a Superbill for our Licensed Counseling services only. Superbills will be sent to your email on a monthly basis. Bridge to Balance does not ensure reimbursement from your insurance, you will need to check with your provider. Please note diagnosis is necessary for insurance reimbursement and our Pastoral Counselors do not diagnosis. Only Licensed Counselors and interns in a Clinical Mental Health Masters Programs will diagnosis.

Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

 

The No Surprises Act, which is part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect clients from receiving unexpected medical bills. The Good Faith Estimate provision of the No Surprises Act is designed to give clients an estimate of how much they’ll be charged for the healthcare services they’ll be receiving, prior to their appointment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
