Clinical supervision is an essential component for the development of a knowledgeable practitioner. It is an important process for not only obtaining licensure but to developing one’s own sense of professional identity. Kristi Gibney, LPC supervisor wishes to provide supervisee’s with the best amount of care by providing emotional support as well as information and guidance. She truly enjoys watching other’s grow in their interest and gain experience in their field. Kristi’s supervision will consist of providing professional support and learning for counselors in training to help develop their knowledge, techniques, and competence while ensuring the best practices and safety for clients.

Supervisees are expected to pay by cash or check at the rate of normal services:

• $80.00 per 45-minute individual supervision session

• $100.00 per 60-minute individual supervision session

• $150.00 per a 90-minute individual supervision session

Group supervision is also available based on supervisee request and number of supervisees available.

Practicum, Internship or Employment Opportunities

Bridge to Balance does not charge for supervision services for interns or employees.  Applicants for internship placement are recommended to apply at least 3-6 months prior to internship placement.
