Tori's Story
Tori joined the Bridge to Balance team in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion: Christian Counseling with a minor in Biblical Studies (2018) and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling (2022), both from Liberty University.

Tori specializes in Biblical Counseling, blending scriptural wisdom with secular counseling skills to provide a compassionate, faith-centered approach to healing and growth. Her heart is to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, always pointing them toward the hope and transformation found in Christ.
With a deep passion for helping others set goals, manage personal growth, and pursue positive outcomes, Tori incorporates God’s Word through prayer, reflection, and Biblical truth. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and help them move forward with joy rooted in Christ alone.

Tori works with children, teens, and adults, offering individualized care for each unique journey. She supports clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem and body image concerns, ADD, and ADHD. Her toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and more—all grounded in a Biblical perspective.

Originally from Georgia, Tori has called Virginia home since 2016. She is active in her church, leading Bible studies and mentoring high school girls. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, walking her dogs, playing pickleball, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers in the fall!
