You can now request session times through our client portal!  This is for all current and previous Bridge to Balance clients.

We welcome back previous Bridge to Balance clients and thank you that you continue to allow us on our journey, we do not require you to go back to the waiting list. For all current clients, the time you have to work with your counselor in session is important to us. In order to ensure that you are receiving as much time in your sessions as possible, we will be reducing the need to schedule in session by using this feature.

This feature will allow you to request an appointment time based on your counselor’s availability. You will be able to schedule your sessions 12 hours before start time of requested session and up to two months in advance. This feature will also reduce the amount of potential missed sessions since it gives you the ability to schedule on your own and change/cancel appointments without having to contact your provider or our administrative assistant. Your provider will receive your appointment request and be able to accept or deny your request for the appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of session time are still charged the late fee in order to serve best our client load.

Please log into your Simple Practice client portal account and follow the instructions below for Self-scheduling ‘request appointment’  feature.

1.Click “I am an existing client”
2.Enter on file and go to email (be sure to check spam or promotions)
3.On a mobile device click “menu” then click “request appointment”/on laptop or computer click top right “request appointment”
4.Select the name of your current provider
5.Click “Psychotherapy 45 min” (unless you have 60 minutes typically or family/couple therapy) or click “Life Coaching”
6.Click video or in the office depending on which service you prefer

7.The next window will take you to the date and time of availability. Click on which date and time you would like to request and submit.
8.Your provider will receive a notice of the request and either accept or deny the request. Once accepted by your counselor you will receive an email notification of your accepted appointment.

Cody will then create a secure online profile in our system that you will contain your paperwork and assist in scheduling purposes giving you access to this self-scheduling feature.
